Self-Help Credit Union

UIC Collaboration

Self-Help Federal Credit Union is pleased to collaborate with the University of Illinois Chicago on a joint one-day, on-site event aimed at equipping students in middle schools and high schools across the greater Chicago area with valuable tools and resources to succeed with college enrollment and improve financial capabilities.

Employees of Self-Help Federal Credit Union will share their knowledge of consumer financial products and services to introduce attendees to techniques for saving, borrowing and becoming more proficient as informed consumers in the financial services environment. We believe this is especially important for young students who may be just entering the marketplace of debt, credit, borrowing and saving.
