New Online Banking Site – Beginning February 24

In addition to having a brand new look, our new online banking site will feature:

  • Pages that automatically resize to fit computer and device screens
  • Updated alert options to help you keep tabs on your account activity
  • Improved messaging capabilities between members and the credit union
  • Enhanced security


Enhanced Security and Password Requirements:

You will be required to update your password when you first log in to the new site. To meet the new requirements your online banking login password will need to consist of:

  • A minimum of eight characters, and
  • Three of the following four character sets:
    • Lowercase letter
    • Uppercase letter
    • Symbol, and/or
    • Number

Also, logging in to the secure account information sections of the mobile banking app will require you to first update your online banking password if it does not meet the new password requirements.

Enroll in online banking

Enrolling is simple, just follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your account number in the “Member Login” area.
  2. The Password will default to the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number.
The system will require the creation of five (5) security questions. You must re-enter the password (last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number) and then create a new 8-digit Password, which can be a combination of numbers and letters.

Enrollment in these services must be done through online banking. Once enrolled, access to these services is available through online banking and our mobile banking app for smartphones and tablets.
